Refund policy

All changes and cancellations should be made within 12 hours. Sometimes people order the wrong item, we get it, it happens! In these cases we will process an exchange or provide store credit, where the buyer pays for the return shipping fee. Please note we have a restocking fee of 20%. We always accept returns/exchanges on goods damaged in transit. 

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us within 7 days of receiving the products with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. In most cases, we will provide you with a prepaid label. The item must be dropped off within 10 days, otherwise the return will be invalid. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:

  • Fitment issues
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Product flaw

In the case that you would like to return the product for any other reason, we offer returns for store credit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any taxes or duties to return the items, including a restocking fee of 20%.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dragon Motorsport is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Dragon Motorsport will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

Missing Items & "Empty Package" Claims

We take missing item claims seriously. If your tracking information marks a package as delivered, but you claim the package arrived empty or missing its contents, our policy is to issue a direct replacement of the missing items or provide store credit of equal value while we investigate.

Direct refunds to the original payment method are not issued for empty package claims upfront


If you decline a replacement or store credit and strictly request a refund, we will initiate a formal internal investigation. This process takes up to 72 hours and involves reviewing our fulfillment logs, package weight data, and shipping carrier records. A refund will only be granted if our investigation confirms that the item (e.g., your visor) was not shipped from our facility. If the carrier confirms the package was delivered at the correct weight, no refund will be issued.

Incorrect Addresses

We kindly ask our customers to double-check their shipping address at the time of purchase to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. In such cases, additional fees may apply for resending the order to the corrected address.

Late Orders

We are proud to offer a Delivery Guarantee. Most orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive however occasionally there may be delays. We rely on third party services to deliver our shipments, such as USPS, Royal Mail, and Canada Post. Once the package arrives in the hands of the carrier, the delivery time is out of our control. If you feel that your order is taking too long, please send us an email and we will do our best to reach out to the carrier to investigate. If your order has not been delivered after 30 days, we will reship the item free of charge. 

Incorrect Model Ordered

We understand that mistakes happen, and we’re here to help! If you’ve ordered an incorrect model, you may return the item to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll issue you store credit for the purchase amount less the restocking fee of 20%.

Item Color

Returns or exchanges based on color preference are accepted for store credit equal to the purchase amount, minus a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Failed Deliveries:

For customers that fail to pickup their orders from the post office, or fail to contact the carrier to update their address info, or for orders that failed due to a wrong address, we will provide the customer with a refund on their order less a restocking and reshipment fee of 15%.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability to receive the package, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier's collection point. If the item is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping fees will apply. 

We are not responsible for any duties/tariffs on orders. By ordering from our website you acknowledge that you may be subject to additional fees. 

Shipping and customs fees will not be refunded for refused shipments.
