Hi Rodolfo, I've sent you an email with instructions but I will add them here as well. To clarify, all of our visors are produced from the same mold, and our films are manufactured precisely to match each specific visor model. If a film is not seating correctly, it is almost always related to the specific installation technique required for these high-tension systems.
Anti-fog films are designed to fit very precisely and require the visor to be flexed or bent significantly backward during installation. This 'snug fit' is intentional; it creates a pressurized pocket of air between the visor and the film, which is exactly what allows the anti-fog properties to work. If the visor isn't flexed enough, the film will appear too wide or won't 'stick' into place between the pins.
I recommend removing the film and attempting the installation again while firmly bending the visor outward to align the pins. I have sent you two videos and photos to your email to demonstrate this specific method.
Key Tip: The film should feel tight. That tension is what creates the airtight seal.
If the film continues to curl or put too much pressure on the pins after following this method, a common solution is to very slightly trim the small notch or tab area on each side of the film (not the sealing edge) to relieve the tension.
