Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Q: How does the "Oversized Fit" actually fit?
A: Our hoodies are cut with a modern, relaxed streetwear silhouette. They feature dropped shoulders and a little extra room in the chest and sleeves.

• For the intended look: Order your standard size.
• For a tighter, athletic fit: Order one size down.
• For a true "baggy" look: Order one size up.

Q: I'm 6'0" and 180lbs. What size should I get?
A: For a relaxed fit (standard streetwear look), a Large is usually perfect. If you plan to wear this over your riding leathers or armor, you might want an XL. Check our Size Chart for exact measurements.

Q: Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
A: We want you to be 100% stoked on your gear. If the sizing is off, we accept exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and unwashed. Contact us to return an item for store credit. Please note we do have a restocking fee of 20% which covers our initial shipping and handling fees.

Q: What if there is a defect with the print?
A: We stand by our quality. If you receive a misprinted item or a defect in the fabric, send us a photo within 7 days, and we will assist you.

Q: Will the graphic peel or crack after washing?
A: No. We use advanced Soft-Hand DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology. Unlike cheap vinyl heat transfers that sit on top of the fabric like a sticker, our ink is fused into the fabric fibers. It moves and breathes with the hoodie and is designed to last as long as the garment itself.

Q: Is this hoodie thick enough for riding?
A: Yes, this is a Heavyweight 350GSM fleece, which is significantly thicker than a standard store-bought hoodie. It’s perfect for chilly morning rides, late-night meets, or keeping warm in the pit lane.

Q: How should I wash it to keep it looking new?
A: To keep the fleece plush and the black fabric deep:

• Wash inside out with cold water.
• Use a gentle cycle.
• Hang dry is best (or tumble dry on low heat).
• Do not iron directly over the print.
